Na primeira rodada, os participantes ter\u00e3o seis problemas para resolver, sendo um de mate direto em 2 lances (#2), um de mate direto em 3 lances (#3), um de mate direto em mais de 3 lances (#n), um estudo (eg), um problema de mate ajudado em 2 lances (h#2) e um de mate inverso em 3 lances (s#3). Na segunda rodada, mais seis problemas ser\u00e3o propostos aos competidores, sendo um de mate direto em 2 lances (#2), um de mate direto em 3 lances (#3), um de mate direto em mais de 3 lances (#n), um estudo (eg), um problema de mate ajudado em 3 lances (h#3) e um de mate inverso em 2 lances (s#2).<\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Os participantes entregar\u00e3o aos controladores (\u00e1rbitro e auxiliares) as respectivas folhas preenchidas com suas respostas, \u00e0 medida que forem terminando.\u00a0 Esgotado o tempo permitido \u00e0 resolu\u00e7\u00e3o dos problemas de cada rodada (90 minutos), todos entregar\u00e3o suas folhas de respostas,\u00a0 caso n\u00e3o o tenham feito antes. O controlador anotar\u00e1 em cada folha de respostas a quantidade de tempo gasta pelo participante, cujo total acumulado nas duas rodadas servir\u00e1 de crit\u00e9rio de desempate, em caso de empate na pontua\u00e7\u00e3o total alcan\u00e7ada.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">O solucionista receber\u00e1 5 pontos pela solu\u00e7\u00e3o completa e correta de cada problema e uma quantidade menor de pontos por uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o parcialmente correta, de acordo com as pontua\u00e7\u00f5es que constar\u00e3o na folha de solu\u00e7\u00f5es oficial, fornecida pelos controladores ao final do tempo de resolu\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Na sua resposta aos problemas de mate em dois (#2), o solucionista dever\u00e1 anotar apenas o primeiro lance das brancas (a chave). Nada mais que ele escreva ser\u00e1 levado em considera\u00e7\u00e3o. Nessa esp\u00e9cie de problemas, n\u00e3o existe solu\u00e7\u00e3o parcial: o solucionista receber\u00e1 5 (cinco) pontos ou 0 (zero) ponto.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">J\u00e1 quanto aos problemas de mate em tr\u00eas (#3), o solucionista dever\u00e1 escrever todas as linhas (variantes) que resultem em mate no terceiro lance, mas, para cada uma dessas linhas ou variantes, ele s\u00f3 precisa escrever at\u00e9 o segundo lance branco; ele n\u00e3o precisa anotar o segundo lance negro nem o terceiro lance branco, o que d\u00e1 o xeque-mate. Em outras palavras, o solucionista deve \u00a0anotar, sempre at\u00e9 o segundo lance branco: a) o primeiro lance (chave) e a amea\u00e7a, se houver uma amea\u00e7a de mate em tr\u00eas; b) as variantes que se seguem a todas as poss\u00edveis respostas do negro que levem ao mate no terceiro lance. O solucionista n\u00e3o precisa anotar nenhuma variante curta, ou seja, que leve ao mate no segundo lance branco. Inclusive a amea\u00e7a, se for de mate no segundo lance, n\u00e3o precisa ser escrita. (Evidentemente, a chave sempre deve ser escrita.)<\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Ainda quanto aos mates em tr\u00eas, o solucionista deve estar ciente de que ele s\u00f3 ganhar\u00e1 a pontua\u00e7\u00e3o integral de cada problema (5 pontos) se escrever todas as variantes que levem ao mate em tr\u00eas, tanto as tem\u00e1ticas como as prosaicas. Limitar-se apenas \u00e0 ideia principal do autor, mesmo que muito bonita, muitas vezes \u00e9 insuficiente e leva a perdas de pontos.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">As mesmas observa\u00e7\u00f5es feitas quanto aos problemas de mate em 3 lances se aplicam, por analogia, aos problemas de mate em 4 lances, \u201cmutatis mutandis\u201d, ou seja, o solucionista dever\u00e1 escrever todas as linhas (variantes) que resultem em mate no <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><u>quarto<\/u><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> lance, mas, para cada uma dessas linhas ou variantes, ele s\u00f3 precisa escrever at\u00e9 o <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><u>terceiro<\/u><\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"> lance branco.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">J\u00e1 no que se refere aos estudos, note-se, em primeiro lugar, que dois enunciados s\u00e3o poss\u00edveis: \u201cbrancas jogam e ganham\u201d ou \u201cbrancas jogam e empatam\u201d. Em qualquer caso, pontos ser\u00e3o atribu\u00eddos s\u00f3 \u00e0 linha principal. Contudo, em certos casos pode haver d\u00favida razo\u00e1vel quanto \u00e0 linha considerada principal de acordo com a folha de solu\u00e7\u00f5es oficial; portanto, recomenda-se que o solucionista anote todas as linhas que considerar relevantes para a solu\u00e7\u00e3o do problema, at\u00e9 o momento em que uma posi\u00e7\u00e3o de ganho ou empate claro se produza sobre o tabuleiro, lembrando de NUNCA dar duas continua\u00e7\u00f5es alternativas para o lado branco.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Nos estudos que terminem por uma combina\u00e7\u00e3o de mate, o solucionista deve escrever at\u00e9 o \u00faltimo lance branco, ou seja, at\u00e9 o xeque-mate. Analogamente, em estudos que levem ao empate por afogamento do rei branco, o solucionista deve escrever at\u00e9 o lance negro que produza a situa\u00e7\u00e3o de afogamento.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Nos estudos, o solucionista ser\u00e1 pontuado cumulativamente ao longo da linha principal, at\u00e9 o m\u00e1ximo de 5 pontos.<\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Nos problemas de mate ajudado (h#), o solucionista deve escrever todos os movimentos at\u00e9 e incluindo o xeque-mate. Lembrando que, nos problemas de mate ajudado, ambos os lados cooperam para dar mate ao rei preto num n\u00famero especificado de lances e, quando n\u00e3o expressamente dito em contr\u00e1rio, as pretas jogam primeiro. Lembrando tamb\u00e9m que, nos problemas de mate ajudado, \u00e9 normal e comum que haja mais de uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o. <\/span><\/span><\/p><p align=\"justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Times New Roman, serif;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Nos problemas de mate inverso (s#), n\u00e3o importa em quantos lances, o solucionista deve dar o primeiro lance, a amea\u00e7a (ou uma indica\u00e7\u00e3o de sua aus\u00eancia, escrevendo &#8220;zugzwang&#8221;, &#8220;espera&#8221;, ou um sinal gr\u00e1fico como &#8220;~&#8221;) e as variantes que se seguem a todas as defesas pretas, at\u00e9 o \u00faltimo lance das brancas.
