The Inkluziva II Rio Chess Open 2023 é um torneio aberto a qualquer enxadrista cadastrado na CBX e quite com a anuidade CBX 2023. Os cadastrados por outra bandeira na FIDE não pagam a CBX, mas deverão informar seu nº de ID FIDE (FIN) no momento da inscrição.

OPEN - COMPETITION SYSTEM AND PACE OF PLAY
Rounds: Swiss system in 09 (nine) rounds, Swiss Manager software.
Game pace: STD - 90 minutes with a 30-second increment from move 1.
Pairing: We will use accelerated pairing if the number of participants reaches 200. Questions to the Chief Referee.

ABSENT BYE (0.5)
Absent Bye, entitled to 0.5 (half a point), will be allowed only 1 (one), and only until the 6th round. Non-pairings (zero points) can be requested in any round, and as many times as desired. They must be notified in an appropriate manner to the refereeing team.
WO TIME
Defeats by WO will be confirmed 60 (sixty) minutes after the start of the round.
CHESS EQUIPMENT AND DIGITAL CLOCKS
Pieces, boards and clocks will be provided by the organization up to table 80. Therefore the players SHOULD BRING THEIR DIGITAL WATCHES. Electronic spreadsheet: if used, it will be provided by the event organizers only.
ELECTRONIC AND COMMUNICATION DEVICES
Electronic and communication devices are not allowed in the playing area (e.g. smartwatch, tablet, cell phone). Failure to comply with this measure will result in forfeiture of the match.
TITLES, RULES AND PLACES IN THE FINAL OF THE BRAZILIAN CHAMPIONSHIP
The event will be valid for standards (GM, WGM, IM, WIM) according to the FIDE Handbook. The event is valid so that Brazilian athletes can apply for the title of National Master from CBX.
APPEALS COMMITTEE
Este será formado durante o Congresso Técnico e será composto por presidente, dois membros titulares e dois suplentes. Será acatado o recurso apresentado à organização no prazo máximo de 30 minutos após o encerramento da última partida da rodada que gerou o fato e mediante o pagamento da taxa de R$ 300,00.
